The Perth Lions Club is hosting a fundraising Chili Cook-Off! Saturday March 22nd from 11am to 3pm at the Hall (Perth Fairgrounds). Compete or Eat!
To compete: break out your award winning recipe for our chili cook-off. We invite all individuals, chefs, business owners, organizations, churches, schools, etc. to participate in this event. Deadline to enter your chili for judging is March 15. Call Anne at 705-424-9709 or Jane at 905-242-5831 for details. Contestants are charged $25 to enter - if you attend, your entrance fee will be refunded.
To eat: there is a $10 admission fee to attend the event and you will get to be a judge and taste all the competing chili recipes and cast your ballot for your favourite. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes will be awarded.
The Lions Bar will be open for refreshments. Proceeds go to the PSFDH Foundation in support of the MRI Campaign, to help pay for this vital diagnostic equipment.
